Return Policy

To initiate a return, please contact info@nordsmithknives.com

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery of your order and item(s) must be in unused, unmodified condition and with all of the original packaging intact.

Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Item(s) must be returned to Nordsmith Industries at the provided address within 14 days of initiating the return (30 days for international orders).

Include a copy of your order number inside the packaging.

Once Nordsmith Industries receives the returned item(s) and verifies the condition, original purchase price and any taxes paid (excluding any import duties for international shipments) will be refunded. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund unless the original item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
